A ND device resembles a cylinder which emits a cone-shaped fields some 5 foot across at 15 feet. Any being with a nerve system similar to humans will become unconscious for 1 to 7 rounds on the first shot and will take 14 points of damage with a second shot. It inflicts 14/14 (/) damage at short range (15 feet). It’s powered by an n ion battery that takes 1 hour to recharge. A 2 or higher is needed to figure out how it works. When hitting a target for the second time a 10 or higher heart will destroy one brain chip of the target.
